Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date.
2. Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date and are non-refundable – even in the event of rain or cloudy weather.
3. A single price applies for both International and Domestic visitors.
4. Children aged 3 years and above are required to purchase a ticket.
5. Ticket purchases must be accompanied by an ID (KTP/Passport/KITAS).
6. Tickets must be purchased no later than 2 days before the visit, by 24:00 WIB.
7. International visitors holding a KITAS may purchase a Domestic visitor ticket, with Domestic visitor services (including a  Guide).
8. Guides are provided collectively for visitors and are not dedicated to specific individuals.
9. Private guides or tour leaders brought by visitors will be charged the same as regular visitors.
10. For documentation purposes, visitors are allowed to use mobile phone cameras.
11. The use of DSLR cameras equipped with kit or standard lenses is permitted. However, the use of professional cameras with telephoto lenses, as well as tripods, is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained and all requisite procedures have been duly completed through the relevant authority.
12. Visitors may bring personal drinking water but are not allowed to bring food into Borobudur Temple.
13. Guests are advised to store personal belongings in their own vehicles.
14. Guests must remain with the group until the Sunrise visit is completed.
15. One (1) guide will accompany a maximum of 15 people, or as adjusted.
16. Ticket prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of management.
17. Visitors must maintain cleanliness and comply with the following prohibitions: no graffiti, no smoking, no moving stone structures, no sitting on stupas or railings, no bringing food, no climbing, no carrying weapons, musical instruments, drones, or pets, and must follow all regulations in the area.

Itinerary Borobudur Sunrise :

04.00 – 04.30 WIB
Arrival and registration at Manohara Borobudur Cultural Center (Gate 7) 
Activities include ticket wristband application, distribution of upanat and flashlight, and participant grouping with guides.
04.30 – 05.00 WIB
Transfer to the Borobudur Temple monument up to the 9th level.
05.00 – 07.00 WIB
Enjoy the Sunrise Experience atop the Borobudur Temple monument.
07.00 – 08.00 WIB
Enjoy breakfast at Borobudur Cultural Center.

1. All tours are operated on a private basis, with departure and return from Yogyakarta city. Enjoy the flexibility, privacy, and comfort of having your own private guide, vehicle, and driver throughout the journey.

Flexible Payment Options

1. We accept payments via online credit card, bank transfer (Wise or Revolut), PayPal, and cash.
2. Cash payments are welcome in USD, IDR, EUR, GBP, SGD, JPY, and other major currencies (banknotes must be in good condition).

• • PayPal payments are subject to a 6% fee to cover conversion and processing costs.
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee, and prices will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
  • Bank transfers via Wise or Revolut will also be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Hotel Pick-Up & Drop-Off

1. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are available within Yogyakarta city, including Bantul and Sleman Regencies, or within a 30 km radius from the city center.
2. Pick-up or drop-off outside the Yogyakarta region will incur an additional charge.
3. Transfers to or from Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) are also considered an additional service.

Meal Stops

1. You are welcome to stop for meals during the trip — our driver will gladly recommend authentic local restaurants along the way.
2. Please note that meals are not included in the tour price.
