Please note that Mount Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park will be temporarily closed on the following dates due to religious ceremonies and official holidays.

End of Kapitu Month

19 – 20 March 2026
Nyepi Day

6 – 12 April 2026
Post Idul Fitri Holiday Closure

30 May – 2 June 2026
Yadnya Kasada Ceremony and area cleaning

8 – 9 December 2026
Beginning of Kapitu Month

During these closure periods, no tourist activities will be allowed within the Mount Bromo area. Visitors are advised to plan their travel accordingly.
